This collaborative approach is used not only with our clients, but also with our Australian product partners and overseas suppliers. Relationship building is at the core of who we are. The initiation phase is the most rewarding of all. This phase involves finalising selections in our studio and obtaining approval to commence the procurement and manufacturing process. The initiation phase is the most rewarding of all. This phase involves finalising selections in our studio and obtaining approval to commence the procurement and manufacturing process. Sourceful will also manage any re-selections that are required, due to supplier shortages or budget restrictions. The final step in this phase is the delivery and installation of furnishings or flooring insitu. Our project management experience is key in this phase as we are often juggle a multitude of trades on site and tight deadlines. Once installation has been completed, the team ensure the site is clean and tidy and ready for a successful handover. Then, on with the next project!!
